The 317 sqm house and the 2200 sqm garden last underwent a major renovation in 2022, during which not only the heating, electricity and water systems of the house were replaced, but also many windows were renewed, the garden was re-grassed, got an automatic irrigation system, the tennis court and the pool were also renovated.

The house is economically heated by a Bosch condensing boiler and a fireplace, which are supported by a heat storage stove and an air conditioner suitable for heating as well. During the winter, the custom-built fireplace can keep the house warm by itself, and the wood storage is filled and ready for the first lighting.
